Note: Your narration must be recorded at the best quality possible to meet ACX’s detailed specifications. We will review the quality of your recorded narration and give any feedback if necessary before starting the project. At times, if we find the quality of the recorded material does not meet standards, we may refund you and give feedback to improve the recording.
STARTING PACKAGE: The default package includes up to an hour of final edited audio content, proofing to script, and mastering.
PRE-RECORDED NARRATION: This package is for the processing of unedited narration provided by the client. Recording or voice talents are not included in this package.
QUALITY CONTROL: Our QC staff have years of experience making sure your audiobook meets the requirements for all audiobook online outlets.
4 FREE EDIT REVISION SESSIONS: You get 4 complimentary revision sessions. Additional revisions are $20/each. Each revision session can consist of multiple edit lists and not just one edit.

Ready to send us your audiobook files? Here is a helpful checklist.
1. Export all audio files no lower than 16-bit/44.1k WAV files. Both mono and stereo are accepted. No lossy formats such as MP3.
2. All exported audio should not have extra processing such as extensive EQ, heavy compression, limiting, noise reduction, or effects. Light compression and EQ are satisfactory as long as they are at the same settings during the recording process.
3. If the audio has already been edited, be sure it is free of region clipping. No head or endpoints are cut off, and there are some crossfades.
4. If sending unedited audio, please include all outtakes, voice cues, and retakes, preferably all in the recorded file per section.
5. Label all audio files according to the table of contents of the audiobook, numbered in order, such as: Opening credits, 2. Introduction, 3. Chapter 1, etc.
6. Include the final book script, eBook, or Kindle version for reference. The print version can also be mailed.
7. Include any notes that may be helpful to the editing process.
8. Copy all audio files in a folder and send them using your preferred file-sharing platform, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc. Do not send files as email attachments, please.

A: Yes, we’ve finished audiobooks successfully and they have been accepted for publishing on major audiobook websites. We will guide you every step of the way. Q: When I select a quote, do I have to purchase it? A: No, the quote process is to get an approved estimate. We believe in first giving a free evaluation of your project. Once we feel confident that the project can be fulfilled and you approve the estimate, a payment is required.
Q: What is counted as a revision? A: Revisions are changes to audio requested by the client during the entire project period. Often referred to as an ‘edit’, a revision typically takes the form of multiple edits done in one sitting. For example, one revision could consist of many edit changes and not just one edit per revision. Many projects take about 4 to 5 full revisions.
Q: How do I pay once I approved an estimate? A: We will send you an invoice via email to make a secure payment online. If you wish to make a different payment method, it can be arranged.
Q: For how long are quotes valid? A: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. This is a no-obligation quote and does not enter you into a contract or payment.
Q: After I have submitted my online project quote, what’s next? A: Upon placing your quote, a TravSonic representative will contact you to discuss your potential project and customize your package further.
Q: I made an edit to my project after submitting it. Can I submit my files again? A: Yes, this would count towards your complimentary revisions.

Q: Can I have my files mailed to me? A: Yes. We can mail your files on a portable hard drive, flash drive, or other media. This would be an extra fee.
Q: How many audio editors do we have working on an audiobook? A: Up to 3 editors work on an audiobook at one time. This helps speed up the editing and production time.
Travsonic.com online services are electronic non-physical or irreversible goods. With this aspect, orders can not be physically returned or exchanged after being downloaded by the Customer.
Your project is important to us and we believe in keeping our Customers satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with our service or results, we are willing to make changes and adjustments free of charge to fulfill the project in good faith.
Reasons for FULL refund
You ordered and paid for a service but did not use the service within 30 days of the payment date. This includes not providing us with the session files or required project materials and your project has not begun. After 30 days, we may opt to automatically refund your payment.
You ordered and paid for a service, however, your project can not be fulfilled because of file delivery issues to us, technical issues, or situations out of our control that hinders completing the project in a timely and professional manner.
Reasons for a partial refund
You ordered and paid for a package, received your first file(s) but do not wish to proceed with the project for any reason. You will receive a 50% refund or credit of the total package price. The file(s) you received will be considered final and will not be revised until a new package or add-on is purchased to continue.
