The Dashboard centrally hosts information relevant to your audio production project. This includes:

• Project scope and details.
• The production team is working on the exact tasks, phases, and workflows.
• Real-time progress status and timelines.
• Comments and notes specific to tasks.

C. Usage and Technical Data

When you access the Dashboard, our servers may automatically record information that your browser sends, including:

• Log Data: Information about your access, such as the time and date of access.
• Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics related to your interaction with the Dashboard.

2. Dashboard Design for Privacy and Data Security

The TravSonic Client Project Status Dashboard is specifically architected to protect your sensitive, personally identifying information and project assets from exposure.

• Omission of Private Information: The front-end of the client Dashboard omits and prevents the display of client names, personal email addresses, download access, and sensitive private information such as direct project file download links.
• Secure Delivery of Private Assets: Any necessary private information, including direct project file links, download access, and confidential emails, are omitted from project status comments on the front-end dashboard and are instead automatically delivered to you via a separate, private, secure email communication.
• No Public Sharing: No client names, emails, or private project details are ever shared on a public-facing client project dashboard or made broadly accessible without the unique, client-specific access link.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To Provide Dashboard Access: To set up your custom Dashboard and email you the unique access link.
• Project Management and Transparency: To accurately display the real-time status, tasks, and progress of your audio production project.
• Communication and Support: To centralize, track, and facilitate swift communication, approvals, and dedicated project support.
• Notifications: To send real-time email updates regarding task completion and status changes.
• Service Improvement: To monitor and analyze usage patterns to maintain, protect, and improve the quality and functionality of the Dashboard.

4. Client Opt-Out and Project Status Anonymity

We are committed to providing transparent service while honoring your preference for maximum privacy.

A. Opting Out of the Client Project Status Dashboard

The TravSonic Client Project Status Dashboard is an optional service provided for your convenience. You have the right to opt out of using the Dashboard entirely.

• How to Opt Out: You must explicitly communicate your decision to opt out to your designated TravSonic project manager or via our contact form at the commencement of the project or at any point thereafter.
• Impact of Opt-Out: If you choose to opt out:
  • No custom Dashboard will be created or maintained for your project.
  • All project updates, communication, files, and deliverables will be handled exclusively via traditional, private email correspondence and/or other mutually agreed-upon secure, private methods.
  • The collection and use of Project-Specific Information (Section 1.B) and Usage and Technical Data (Section 1.C) associated with the Dashboard will cease.

B. Anonymity of Public Project Status (Social Sharing)

In some instances, TravSonic may share high-level, generalized, and purely anonymous project status updates on our public social media channels (e.g., “Mastering completed on a new Hip-Hop track”).

• You have the right to request that your project be completely excluded from any and all public status updates, even if they are fully anonymized.
• To exercise this right, please communicate your desire for full public exclusion to your designated TravSonic project manager. We will ensure no information related to your project is ever mentioned publicly.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent any Personal Information or Project Information to third parties. Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With TravSonic Personnel: Project Information and Communication Data are shared internally with the TravSonic production team and consultants directly involved in your project to ensure continuity and deliver the services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of TravSonic, or protect the safety of users of the service or the public.
• With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your express consent.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your information, including the use of encryption for data transmission and access controls for the Dashboard.
